Drink more water. Drink more water. Drink more water. This is something that you hear all of the time. Whether it is for weight loss, to clear your skin, to grow healthy hair, to make your curls pop, because we need it to survive lol, etc the list can go on with the saying “drink more water.”
To be honest I didn’t believe all of the benefits of water at first, until I became in love with water. I started off giving up pop right after high school, and replaced the pop I was drinking with water. Once I gave up pop, I noticed my face became clearer, and I felt more energized. This is when my love for water really started to come alive, I drink water about 98% of the time in any day. I have my gallon of water and my glass water bottle right by my side all day! It is good to drink 8 glasses of water per day, but if you want to be an overachiever, why not shoot for a gallon!
My favorite water bottle is the Contigo Purity Glass Water Bottle, 20 oz. I have the teal one, I carry it around everywhere! It has a nice handle, it is glass, and most importantly it is pretty! If there is any advice I can give you, try to use a glass water bottle to help keep filtered water fresh, with the less likelihood of chemicals contaminating the water like plastic water bottles.
