Shipping

All shipping is FREE!

Please Allow 7-12 business days for Books & Workbooks to be shipped. Allow 3-12 business days to create and ship apparel. (not including pre-ordered item). Allow 3-12 business days to create travel bags. Then you should add shipping times 3-7 business days on top of that for travel bags.  For international orders, please allow 10-20 business day(s) after your order has been processed for delivery. Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently, we want to ensure that the proper packaging is used for certain products to make sure that your products is secured and arrives in one piece. We will provide all of the separate tracking numbers. Holidays and weekends are excluded from shipping times. Once you order has entered the printing phase you will not be able to receive a refund. No exchanges or refunds permitted except for damaged or defective items. All orders ship worldwide, thank you for shopping with us.

Customer Service

We at BnPowered want your shopping experience to be a great one on our website, however you may have some questions that may arise about your order you feel you need to email about. Please send inquiries to: support@bnpowered.com The Follow emails will be responded to by one of our customer service team:

1. Damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receiving your package. 2. Wrong address.
4.Tracking has not been received within 7 business days.

Once your item is made & shipped you will receive a tracking number by the email you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received your tracking, please check your spam folder in the email you provided at the time of purchase because shipping will be sent to your email automatically. You will not be able to receive a tracking number before the allowed time of shipment. Please be sure to check your address before checking out for we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Incorrect shipping information during the time of checkout will result in delays or returns with your order. Once Your item shows that it has been delivered to the address you have provided, we are not liable for product not being received. If you have not received your item, take the tracking number we provided and go to the shipping service to find your item. We are not responsible for time delay due to postal service error after tracking has been issued. Please see postal service if this error occurs.

Refund and Exchanges (if applicable)
No exchanges permitted except for damaged or defective items. All items are custom made

to order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable. Our refund policy is all sales are final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period with these items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with order number and photo of damaged item to support@bnpowered.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We do not offer refunds for refusing merchandise once it has shipped or damaged that has been done by the shipping carrier. All claims will need to be made with the postal carrier to receive a refund for reorder. Complaints about defective or damaged items will be handled through email only and not through social media. Negativity on social media is an automatic band from the channels of social media provided by our company.
